.can it start feeling like Fall time already?.

Sooooo, anyone who knows me understands my utter distaste for the time of year in Arizona known as April through September. I cannot begin to express my relief that it is September 27th. Thank God we may only have a few weeks left....*crosses fingers*

ALOT has happened in a month. For starters Ollie has started working at 2 different massage locations and is doing SO well. We are making more income and that is ALWAYS a blessing! PLUS I was promoted last week at Massage Envy. :) I am now what they call an ACA, which translates to Assistant Clinic Administrator....or for u slower folk, assistant manager. lol yay! IT is a salary position and I will be able to only have to work one job now. *sigh* Though I am relieved to finally have stability and less stress and sleepless nights, I will of course, miss my kids Ive been teaching. You bond with them so easily and saying goodbye is going to be hard. But this is a good thing in our lives! I cannot wait for this chapter to start. Things are lookin good!

Last weekend we went to a wedding where Ollie was the best man. We look so good don't we? lol The groom wanted 007 action so thats why they look so "fly".


We then went to see Daniel Tosh this past weekend. So flippin funny that man is. VERY cryptic and weird but none the less, a great show!

For Sarah's 15th birthday we went to the JO Bros's concert!!! it was actually so much fun. Amy and I had a blast staring at Joe....*sigh*

Elle has been doing so great in school. The downside to the promotion for me is that she won't be going to school anymore. :( She'll be with us more and that's a great thing but I absolutely LOVE her teachers and I LOVE how much she has learned in such a short time. I had parent teacher conference today and she is so far advanced it's ridiculous! The teacher said, if the school would let her she would be ready to start school next fall! She said she knows everything. She showed us everything she has learned...Here are some examples:

This exercise she was asked to draw a line from one image to another. Though every other child in the class needed guided hand help on the first pair of images before they understood the instructions, Elle didn't need help at all. She simply knew what to do the first time. Amazing huh?


This one shows her cutting and direction following skills. They asked her to cut out a square on the paper. This is what she did with absolutely NO HELP! You can see the cut out square stapled to the paper in the left hand side. There was more but these were my fave ♥

So today was nice and relaxing. After coming home from work Elle wanted to do my hair. So I let her. lol. I then took a little nap on the couch while Ollie was playing a video game and when I woke up my whole body was covered with my blanket. According to Ollie, Elle notice that I was asleep and said, "Oh No...mommy need her blanket!" So she ran into our room, grabbed my blanket and covered me up. It was the sweetest thing ever. She's going to be a great little mommy. :) Later we had this conversation:

Elle: "Mommy, I cold!"

Me: "You are? Well why dont you go get your blanket and we can cuddle on the couch."

Elle: "Okay! Let me get it!" (1 minute later) "Here we go mommy! I do it."

At this point she covered herself up next to me on the couch. 5 minutes later, I witnessed this.....


It is the most amazing thing ever! going to sleep on the couch by herself without arguing! Thank you God! lol.

We have ALOT of stuff coming up. So the countdown begins now.

*whew* I'm tired just typing it all out!!! But it should be exciting and fun! Cannot wait for the holiday season. Decorating is my life! Let's bring on the cooler weather before I freak out and die!

.elle, the genius.

So I'm not gonna lie, my daughter is a genius. I never thought I'd have a motivated kid but holy cow is she ever! She just wants to learn and learn and learn. This blog is going to be super short because I have alot to do today but I just needed to share with the world what I'm talking about. Keep in mind...she is 3 years old....ENJOY!

.i wish there were 28 hours in a day.

Working 2 jobs is not the ideal situation. Especially when you also have a 3 year old to make happy. BUT it's what I have to do. Funds have been running tight so my friends at Massage Envy Arrowhead gave me another job working at night. SO with working at Elle's pre-school in the a.m. and ME in the p.m., I basically have NO time with my family. Plus I work 6 days out of the week. The only day we have together is Sunday....:( It makes me sad jost blogging about it. I gotta do what I gotta do though and one day it will be worth it. But for now I wish there were a few more hours in my day to spend with Ollie. I see Elle more than him actually, which is a good thing for her, but I miss my hunny. By the time I get home at night it's 11 o'clock and I'm exhausted. I have to wake up at 630ish to get to the morning job so I really can't hang out with him too much at night. *sigh* I just keep telling myself it will be worth it.

Well, on Saturdays they are the best because I don't go to work until 3pm and I have the entire morning with Elle. Today she asked me to open a puzzle box for her. I left the room after I did so and came back about 15 minutes later to check on her and THIS was on the floor.....

Pretty good huh? Not bad for a 3 year old. This puzzle, BTW, is 2ft x 1.5ft. So it's huge! Then she wanted me to take a picture of her....she was very proud of herself because she went "poopy" all by herself without my help just 5 minutes earlier. lol. It's funny what makes her happy but it is nice not to have to go into the bathroom with her anymore cuz she's a BIG GIRL and can do it all by herself.

This week at school was spirit week and Elle won 2 days! She won for CRAZY HAIR DAY and for NEON DAY. SHe came in second for PAJAMA DAY. lol. Guess mommy loves dressing her up.

We had a party a couple weeks ago for our friend Ty who is leaving for the army soon. Ollie had wayyy too much to drink and I got a little tipsy myself. But not as bad as the hubby. He was the toilet's best friend all night long. Stupid boys.

Our vacation has been spoiled again. I was supposed to go on vacay in March but it was cancelled. I was supposed to go to Chicago with Ollie but I couldnt. We were supposed to go to Cali at the end of July and now we can't. *sigh* I swear i don't know when we ever will get to go. We have planned a trip in October so HOPEFULLY that will pan out. I NEED a vacation!

Thats about it for now. Next up: Leo's 3rd BDAY party! and Elle goes to the 4 year old classroom! yikes.

.just for you April.

So I have had a makeover....well my blog has. Thank you April. :) To quote her, "It is way too cute not to use it!" lol. Well here I am, another few months later. You'd think I would be able to keep up but my life has been so ridiculously busy that I hardly have time to breathe these days. *sigh* The biggest change has been that I am now working 2 jobs. It's difficult to find time for everyone and everything but I'm making it work. Hopefully we will be able to do everything we need to do with the extra income coming in.

I said in the last blog that I would post a picture of my new nephew Joseph. He is however 3 months old now so he's not very little anymore. haha. But I always stick to my word so here he is. :)

Cute Aren't They?

Well Ollie went to Chicago this past June to attend a friend's wedding.

He had a blast but it was such a hard time for me. lol. I know, pathetic right? But I just hate being away from him so it was not the best time of my life.... BUT my wonderful, beautiful cousin Alicia came to babysit me. lol. We had alot of fun and we went to the melting pot. mmmmmm.....I even got a haircut. Here it is.

Still working on baby #2. It's such a horrible waiting process. If anyone has experience in that, will you give me some pointers?! Because I'm running out of patience! :)

Elle is 3.5 and she is growing like crazy. I think she's actually going to be tall. weird. Her likes seem to change everyday but I've finally gotten her to love the classic "princess" movies. First it was Snow White. But as we speak, she is quoting every line from Cinderella. It is pretty hysterical. She also got a haircut.

Ollie and I went to the midnite showing of Twilight: Eclipse! He's such a good husband. lol. It was amazing, of course, and we had a blast. Here we are in the theatre waiting.

Next up: Harry Potter on November 19th! cannot wait.

I took a brief roadtrip to Cali in June to see Tim McGraw. Talk about a good time! If you haven't seen him, go! He's amazing live.

But the biggest thing that happened so far is Ollie getting Baptized! He was introduced to his new life with the Lord on June 27th. It was such an amazing day. Here he is starting his new and wonderful life.

We are so proud of him!

Well that is about it for now. Hopefully I'll be more entertaining later, but I have a house to clean for our party tonight! jealous??? yea, I'm sure you are. lol. BYE!

7 months?! Really Annie?!

ok ok....so I'm not the best at this blogging thing. Actually, I believe I am a great blogger but I am an even better procrastinator. There have been so many changes from the last blog. In the last one I had started a brand new job...but just recently, in March, I started a career. I am now a teacher at Kiddie Academy and have a class of 4-year olds that I love to death. The best thing is that I can see Elle all day long now while I am at work. How cool is that?!

We do not have our puppy Maysie anymore. :( It's sad to talk about but she got too much of a handful and we were not home enough to give her what she needed. We found such a good home for her with Taylor! Thank you so much for taking and loving our baby. She is doing so well and I'm so grateful that we found her a loving home. I know we did what is best for her and for us but I still miss her.

But probably the biggest change has been the arrival of 3 new babies into our family. First came Katy Elizabeth, born October 5, 2009 weighing in at 6lbs 8oz. Then just 2 days later, my sister Amy had her baby girl, Sophia Grace. She was born October 7, 2009 and weighed 8lbs 1oz. Then just recently, my sister in law samantha had her baby boy 4 weeks early. His name is Joseph Edward and was born on March 4, 2010. He weighed 5 lbs 7oz. SO...that is it so far. lol. I know, alot of babies in a short amount of time but they are a blessing and the fact that they are all healthy is amazing.

Halloween was so much fun. Elle didn't want to wear the costume we bought her so at the last second I had to come up with this. Not bad huh?


Elle's 3rd birthday was great. We had her birthday in the park and invited her school friends and teachers and family and friends. It was a wonderful day of celebration.



We went to Disneyland for my 28th birthday! What a great time! Brad and Kristy took me out and we had a ball. .
And disneyland....well, it's Disneyland!! We had so much fun and Elle had a blast. I'm so thankful for my family and everything we get to do together.

Christmas was awesome as always. Elle got sooooo much crap it's ridiculous! But she deserved it. She's such an amazing little girl. Seriously, I don't know how I got so lucky.We went to Flagstaff and played in the snow in January. She was so cute in her little snowsuit. We had so much fun!




Our anniversary was great at the Melting Pot and on Ollie's birthday we went to the Shouthouse! Which is now our new favorite place to go. We had a busy January but it was fantastic. February and March just kind of drifted by. We had Samantha's shower at the end of February and then she had the baby.


All these babies have me gloomy though I must admit. We have been trying for 18 months for another addition to the family and it seems impossible at this point. I know alot of people have gone through this and have waited much longer but I'm not a patient person. lol. Especially when it's concerning something that I cannot control. It is almost annoying that everyone is having babies but me. Is it weird to think that something is wrong with me?? Well, I know that's ridiculous but I can't help thinking that way sometimes.

We are going to try and put that on a backseat for now. If I let it consume me too much then it hurts worse every month when the test comes back negative. So, my priorities now are God, Elle, Ollie, family, and job in that order. I believe that as long as I have faith and hope then the time will come....I just hope it doesn't take too long!!! I'm dying here. :) lol

Easter was bittersweet. We were supposed to have a fun-filled day with the family. Instead, we had an e.r. visit because we thought Elle was having an emergency case of appendicitis! It was scary but thank the Lord, she was okay. They are not sure what was wrong with her but we are just supposed to keep an eye on her. (Picture of this event to come soon) :)

.lazy blogger.

So it's been a wild few months! Obviously, I haven't written in forever....but It's not because I'm lazy, tho some people would say that I am. It's because I have been crazy busy. The last blog was one of the saddest days of my life. But since that day alot has happened. What have you missed, you say?? Well, for starters, we got a puppy named Maysie.... Isn't she cute??!! However, that was 3 months ago....and now she looks like this!

She's a monster too. I swear she wants to drive me crazy but I'm hoping it's just a puppy thing...she just loves to play wayyyyyy too much. :)

Next: we moved into our new home! it is beautiful and has way more room than we have ever had. Elle, Ollie and I fit in quite nicely with the humble abode, can't ya tell?

Next: We had a great 4th of July....Let me explain how it went down. We went to my Aunt's to swim and then after the fun there we left and drove back to Surprise to watch the fireworks. We made it just in time to park and see the fireworks shoot off right in front of us. Elle was a little freaked out but she calmed down. We realized like 13 minutes into the show that we couldn't hear the music from the stadium which made it kind of boring....so what did me and Ollie come up with?? We turned the car on and put our Disneyland soundtrack CD in the CD player. We blasted the last 3 minutes of the FANTASMIC show as the fireworks finale came. It went perfectly and it was the best 4th ever! Only our family could figure out how to mix Disney into everything we do.

I digress.....NEXT: Elle and I, along with my sister in law Missy and her little boy Alex went to the circus. Elle was a little worried at first but as soon as she saw the "eleman" (that's Elle language for Elephant) she calmed right down.

NEXT: I started a new job! yay! I work at Massage Envy with my hubby. He's a therapist there and I am his Sales Associate. Doesn't sound very fancy I know but it makes good money. :) And, not to mention I'm pretty stinkin good at it. Here I am celebrating the launching of our Susan G. Komen day. We had a pink party to kick off the pre-bookings. It was so much fun.

NEXT: Leo turned 2! I know, it's craziness...he's turning 2 and my sis is about to pop out another one....sheesh...It was so much fun having his Remi party. I mean just check out how much he loved his cake for cryin out loud!

And Lastly but, most importantly....Elle started PRESCHOOL! I know, I know! She just cannot be that big...but she is. I needed to help out financially and Elle really needed to get out and make friends so this was the solution that fit. She absolutely loves going and I am so happy that she is happy. Everyday she sees me she just lights up and I'm so greatful that we have been given the opportunity to do this for her at no expense.

So all in all, we have had a pretty amazing, yet hectic summer and we cannot wait until it cools down. We will be welcoming 2 precious baby girls into the family in October and we are all so blessed. Amy's little girl will be named Sophia Grace and Missy's baby girl is going to be named Katy Elizabeth. We cannot wait for them to be here. So as tired as we are now, it will get more exhausting I'm sure as October rolls around. They are due 1 day apart! yikes! :)

In the midst of the craziness that has been our lives, we had 2 relaxing and fun events. First, Ollie and I went to the midnite showing of Harry Potter...YES, we are Harry Potter fanatics! Ollie is on book 4 now after seeing the latest film. He is loving every minute of them and I am so proud of him for reading a book! haha. The movie was great and we just cannot get enough of them!

The other fun event was having some of our co-workers over. We played games and just had a good ole time. Eventually Jess wound up on the floor...it was inevitable. It was so much fun and we cannot wait to do it again!
